I wanted David Porter's Naval History of the Civil War. When I received the book, it had the right cover but the contents of the book was a survey of Native American spirituality instead. I returned the book to UPS and asked for a replacement. The replacement was the same thing: correct cover, different book inside. At that point I gave up, paid the money they wanted from me, and wrote this review to warn others against this scam.Product details

Opened up a whole new chapter in the history of the Civil War....
I received a book which on the cover was labelled The Naval History of the Civil War. The text is a book on religion among early Native Americans, not the book identified on the cover.
Have not read the entire book yet, in fact have only made it just to the attack on Fort Sumter. The narrative is dry thus far and has not grabbed my interest the way Shelby Foote's History of the Civil War did.
The cover was right, but the book contents was for a completely different book.
The ebook is unreadable. The scan was made from double columns with intervening illustrations, so when you hit an illustration, you have to go hunting for the rest of the previous sentence. Then you have to hunt your way back.
Interesting although i9t drags at times. the type-setting is abysmal though, there are undecipherable passages
Received book, cover was what I ordered but content was Indian History! This copy seems to be recycled to different customers.
